2MB+ PS2 and USB models

If you have the 2MB PS2 or any of the USB models, you can use any text editor to view the log data (Notepad, for example). No special software is required.

64k - 256k PS2 models

This software is only used with the 64k - 256k PS2 models to view the data log.

The KeySpyer Downloader software does not need to be installed on the target machine you want to monitor—only on the computer you will be using to analyze the log data.

Install and run the software, then go to:

File -> Preferences -> Select Layout File and change it to the keyboard layout you use (English - US Standard is used by default).

To access the recorded data, first make sure the application window is active, then type the default password and press ENTER.
